Requirements

Equal to completion of four years of high school required.
Basic computers skills in using Groupwise and cash register.
Over three months experience required.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Manager, Volunteer Services, perform diversified duties in the support of the patient information desk at Tobey Hospital by providing information and customer service to visitors, staff, patients, vendors, etc of the hospital information desk.
Greeting patients and visitors, creating badges, must adhere to dress code, stay calm when responding to codes.
Work with various departments to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
Heavy phones, team work oriented, computer skills, kronos, outlook and epic.
