Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients, visitors, vendors, and guests with a friendly smile and professional demeanor.
  • Serve as the primary in-person presence in the clinic lobby during business hours.
  • Create a positive and inviting atmosphere for all patients and visitors.
  • Answer patient questions and provide assistance as needed.
  • Guide existing patients to self-service kiosks for check-in.
  • Provide hands-on assistance to new patients during the registration and check-in process.
  • Introduce new patients to our Remote Front Desk (RFD) team and help them become comfortable with our technology and processes.
  • Collaborate with patients and the RFD team to ensure a smooth and successful check-in experience.
  • Troubleshoot basic kiosk or patient check-in concerns and seek assistance when needed.
  • Schedule patient appointments and assist with scheduling requests.
  • Help patients schedule future visits before they leave the clinic.
  • Communicate and collaborate closely with the Remote Front Desk team regarding patient needs and scheduling updates.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Receive and coordinate deliveries.
  • Greet and assist vendors and service providers.
  • Support Physical Therapists, aides, and clinic staff as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment.
  • Assist with special projects and clinic initiatives.
