Sea Mar's network of services includes more than 90 medical, dental, and behavioral health clinics and a wide variety of nutritional, social, and educational services. We are recruiting for the following position: Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization On-call Receptionist position available for our Battle GroundMedical Clinic, and other Clark County clinics as needed. We arelooking for customer service oriented candidates. Thereceptionist will be responsible for processing patient information.Making medical appointments and contacting patients via phone onbehalf of Sea Mar, taking messages, etc. The ideal candidate mustpossess some problem-solving skills and must be able to communicateefficiently with our patients and be sensitive to their needs. Mustdemonstrate and maintain a high level of work ethic andprofessionalism as well as be able to multi-task and properly usebasic office software.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one-year experience in a medical setting.
• Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, Computer and typing skills arerequired.

Nice To Haves

• Medical terminology preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
