Requirements

  • Experience in administrative support customer service or office environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and strong client service orientation

  • Experience in an insurance agency or financial services environment
  • Familiarity with agency management systems or data entry platforms
  • Experience supporting document processing billing or client records

Responsibilities

  • Assist with data collection document processing and system updates to support client records and policy administration
  • Complete assigned administrative and processing tasks accurately and on time in support of agency operations
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients vendors and visitors providing professional and courteous service
  • Answer and route incoming calls and respond to basic customer inquiries
  • Support client service requests and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure requests are tracked communicated and resolved efficiently
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems
  • Prepare scan copy file and organize agency documents including applications policy documents and correspondence
  • Track incoming and outgoing mail and support communication distribution
  • Process payments prepare daily deposits and maintain accurate records
  • Support internal documentation and office processes to improve workflow efficiency
  • Assist with scheduling meetings managing office supplies and supporting special projects
