About The Position

We are looking for an energetic and multi-talented Receptionist & Marketing Intern. This role is perfect for a student or recent grad who loves interacting with people and has a passion for storytelling and brand building. You will balance professional front-desk duties with creative projects like social media management and event promotion.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Canva, Excel & Sharepoint.
• Understanding of algorithms and engagement strategies across major platforms.
• Strong copywriting skills with a "brand voice" and an eye for grammar.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to pivot between a professional greeting and a creative brainstorm.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and clients, ensuring they have a positive "first touch" with our brand.
• Handle incoming inquiries (phone/email) and provide basic information about our services and products.
• Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms reflect our brand aesthetic and are stocked & organized.
• Assist in creating and scheduling content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Draft posts, newsletters, or captions; take high-quality photos/videos of office life or products for promotional use.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to help brainstorm new campaign ideas.
• Assist in organizing and promoting in-office events or community outreach programs.
• Update CRM systems and mailing lists to support lead generation efforts.
