About The Position

The Marketing Internship offers a dynamic opportunity for individuals eager to explore the intersection of creativity and strategy. Interns will gain hands-on experience in campaign development, market research, and digital marketing platforms. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Marketing Intern will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand presence and optimizing outreach efforts. At the conclusion of the internship two Marketing projects will be presented to Leadership for a final capstone project.

Requirements

  • Seeking Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with setting goals and measurement for digital activities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization, as well as external partners and customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen actively, collaborate harmoniously, and handle a variety of customer needs with tact and professionalism.
  • Self‑starter with strong organizational skills, the ability to set priorities, and a high level of comfort giving and receiving constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Co-Manage Baudville Brands social media channels to ensure the thoughtful and timely creation of on-brand content to be used across channels and across brands
  • Propose and report on content efforts in the spirit of continuous improvement
  • Execute approved monthly social media calendar to increase followers and engagement
  • Responsible for working with Content Coordinator and Marketing Specialist to write and publish content throughout all social channels
  • Updating the Baudville Blog calendar and assisting in article creation
  • Support and optimize blog strategy to support brand visibility and SEO
  • Support e‑commerce initiatives, including content merchandising and digital marketing efforts
  • Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties and special projects as needed
