Requirements

• Must possess excellent inter-personal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
• Must be able to lift and move 30+ pounds.
• Promotes superior guest service.
• Must be able to work various shifts, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities will include working with all internal departments to determine, promotions, event, and entertainment needs
• Initiates and track requests with internal departments and vendors to fulfill needs
• The planning and execution of casino wide promotions
• Reviews and proofreads all Marketing material for accuracy of content, grammar, and brand guidelines
• The planning and execution of special events including, festivals, Party on the Patio, New Year’s Eve, guest giveaways, and property entertainment events
• Budget planning and vendor contract process
• Assist in sponsorship fulfillment
• Tenant and property wide marketing efforts
• Assist Mohegan and corporate team in Social Media branding efforts
