About The Position

This position will provide reception and administrative support for employees of TDX Corporation and its subsidiaries, as well as supporting the Human Resources (HR) department.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to type 30 wpm accurately.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience.
  • Ability to use a calculator.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs..

Nice To Haves

  • Secretary/receptionist experience.
  • Human Resources experience

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, check voicemail, transfer calls, and relay messages promptly.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring proper sign-in and notifying appropriate departments.
  • Receive incoming deliveries and prepare outgoing packages (e.g., FedEx).
  • Operate office equipment such as fax, scanner, and copier
  • Maintain cleanliness of reception and break room areas daily
  • Support supervisors with administrative tasks including mailing, labels, deposits, errands, and other assigned duties.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering inventory and coordinating service requests.
  • Sort, date-stamp, distribute, and scan daily mail for all TDX companies, ensuring secure handling.
  • Reserve conference rooms for meetings.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Provide direct administrative support to HR operations.
  • Answer employees generic HR questions
  • Schedule and co-facilitate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Respond to applicant inquiries regarding application statu
  • Assist with general HR tasks as assigned.
  • All other duties as assigned.
