Our team of highly qualified artists is committed to creating unique looks while offering you an exceptional customer experience, in a warm setting. Local B is looking for a Receptionist—E-commerce & Content Creation to join our team.

Requirements

• Interest in the world of beauty, hair, and trends
• Very good command of French and English
• Creative and comfortable with creating content
• Organized, autonomous, and resourceful
• Naturally comfortable with customers and sales
• Comfortable with digital tools
• Familiar with Shopify, Instagram, and TikTok
• Able to work both in a team and independently

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assume customer service activities
• Management of appointments and reception
• Product sales and advice
• Use of Shortcut reception software—training offered
• Manage online boutique
• Add and update products
• Updating promotions and content
• Manage and order follow-ups
• Content creation for Local B
• Photos, videos, Reels, Stories, and TikTok content
• Participation in the planning and management of publications
• Video editing
• Be on the lookout for trends and propose content ideas
