The role involves setting the tone for every guest, elevating their day through positivity, professionalism, and efficiency. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Professional, friendly, team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and genuine hospitality
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment
• Educate guests on The Frenchies Way and ensure a smooth experience
• Promote the Frenchies Polish Pass and encourage enrollment
• Provide attentive, proactive service throughout each guest’s visit
• Support the team with daily studio operations
