We’re looking for a warm, energetic, and dependable Receptionist to join our growing IV wellness clinic team. You’ll be the first face clients see when they walk through our doors and an important part of creating a positive client experience from start to finish.

Nice To Haves

Previous receptionist, spa, medical office, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Greet clients with a friendly and welcoming attitude
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to client questions
Check clients in and out efficiently
Provide and collect intake forms and client paperwork
Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing clinic environment
Assist with light cleaning and restocking throughout the day
Help care for clients during visits by offering drinks, hot packs, blankets, and general comfort support
Support the nursing and wellness team as needed
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for every client
