About The Position

Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist or cashier role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines and multitask effectively
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash transactions
- Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional and friendly attitude with a customer-centered approach
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Greet customers warmly and assist with check-in procedures
- Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and cashier areas
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing customer inquiries
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and customer service
