About The Position

Chapman Automotive Group is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team! As a Bilingual Receptionist / Cashier, you will support Chapman’s vision of being the leading automotive group in Arizona and Nevada through superior customer service and by fostering positive relationships with our valued customers. Often the customer’s first point of contact at the dealership, the Receptionist / Cashier has the opportunity to create a strong first impression, demonstrating attentiveness, kindness, and a desire to help. Requirements

Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish) - required
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
Great communicator; listens and conveys information effectively.
Cooperative, helpful and connects with others seamlessly.
Strong ability to multi task with high attention to detail.
Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone in both English and Spanish.
Manage a multi-line phone system, answering calls promptly and professionally and striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold.
Communicate with customers and staff in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
Accurately process payments.
Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shift.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk / lobby area.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, emails, reports, etc.
