Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must successfully pass pre-employment screenings, including a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR), and drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Previous hospitality, retail, customer service, restaurant, café, or receptionist experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
- Answer and direct incoming dealership phone calls.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Prepare, maintain, and stock the dealership café area.
- Keep the café and customer waiting areas clean, organized, and inviting.
- Monitor inventory and replenish supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Process customer purchases and accurately handle cash transactions.
- Assist with additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
