About The Position

Honda of Sumner is looking for candidates for a Full-Time Automotive Receptionist. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want to succeed and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients in our busy Service department
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and check the client out when their Service is done.
• Balance till at the end of the shift
• Work cooperatively with the managers and other internal teams
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Archive documents via electronic scanning
• Other duties as assigned
