Crystal Cabinet Works is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team in Princeton, MN! Schedule and Pay: 1st Shift: Monday through Thursday 7:30 AM - 4:15 PM ; Friday 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM Salary Grade C $19.20 - $22.40 Job Summary: The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is responsible for directing incoming calls and walk-in visitors in a courteous, professional manner using their knowledge of Crystal Cabinet Works operations.

  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher proficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Performs a wide variety of administrative assignments, i.e., processes month end reports for Sales and Marketing, enters data from multiple sources into multiple spreadsheets, etc.
  • Answers phone calls and transfers calls to the appropriate person in a professional manner, or pages appropriate person to notify them and connect the call.
  • Greets and directs visitors to the appropriate person/location in a professional manner and tactfully refuses those without appointments.
  • Opens and closes front office, turns lighting and equipment on/off, and unlocks/locks doors.
  • Assists consumers with finding a local dealer and advises on how to get assistance with issues, occasionally handling upset customers.
  • Sets up and assists new dealers as users in Workbench including obtaining a username, password, authorization level.
  • Execute tasks on the New Dealer Router sheet from Accounts Receivable.
  • Assembles, packages, and ships company mailings to dealers nationwide and maintains exception list for mailing names/addresses.
  • Maintains stock for conference rooms, office supplies and works with Purchasing to order as needed.
  • Post outgoing mail, add money to postage machine, and mails literature and appropriate letters per consumer or partnership inquiries.
  • Removes dropped Dealers from eBlast and eWorks if needed.
  • Assist Human Resources with various annual events such as bingo, coloring contests, food/toy drives, etc.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher proficiently.
