About The Position

In this role as Receptionist/Admin Assistant, you are the first to greet and serve our clients. We believe in remarkable customer service and you will be key in providing this to our clients. You are the first person our clients see and speak to when they call or visit our Neosho showroom. You will make sure they are connected with the appropriate team member for their needs. You will set the tone for friendliness and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Sorting, distributing incoming mail, and preparing outgoing packages.
  • Managing calendars and appointments.
  • Filing, scanning, data entry, and organizing both physical and digital records.
  • Monitoring inventory, ordering necessary supplies, and coordinating equipment maintenance.
  • Processing expense reports, invoices, or simple accounts payable/receivable.
  • Screening, organizing, and drafting replies for general company email accounts.
