About The Position
The Center at Eden Hill is searching for a part time Receptionist. The candidate for this position will be the first point of contact for new patients, family members and visitors, to the facility.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a High School diploma.
- Must have a good attendance record.
- Background checks will be conducted prior to hire.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Point Click Care is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Answering and placing calls - Must use proper phone etiquette.
- Must be able to operate the phone system including transferring calls and using the intercom system.
- Computer work required- word, excel, Point Click Care (experience a plus)
- Receive, sort and distribute mail
- Assist with administrative duties
- Operate the copier and other office machines
- Greeting and directing visitors in a friendly manner, as needed
- Must be able to keep information confidential
