About The Position

Full Circle Health is looking for a Medical Reception Supervisor to support our Boise Pediatrics clinic in Boise, Idaho. The Reception Supervisor shall be accountable for 1) Day-to-day operations of the clinic/team, 2) assisting in the hiring of reception staff, and 4) successfully supervising the Clinic Reception Team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2 or more years of Medical Reception or 2 or more years of Medical Office experience required.
• Our organization is a tobacco-free workplace; qualified applicants must complete a tobacco / nicotine free attestation prior to employment.
• We require immunizations for all staff to include an annual influenza vaccine as a requisite for employment.
• Newly hired staff must be fully vaccinated before joining our organization.
• Newly hired staff who are not able to be vaccinated due to medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs must apply for vaccination exemption prior to employment.

• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
