About The Position
This is a full-time position in Ontario. The role involves unloading delivery trucks, placing merchandise in the proper staging area, and quickly gaining knowledge of merchandise. All received merchandise must be accurately labeled and scanned using scan guns to ensure an accurate inventory count. The employee will check daily assignments and responsibilities and maintain excellent customer relations with both internal and external customers. Other duties may be assigned by management.
Requirements
- Ability to repetitively lift heavy merchandise of 50 lbs
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Positive attitude when working with customers
- Knowledge of employment and safety procedures
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion
- Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 30 lbs constantly to move objects
