The Receiving Technician will support our day-to-day receiving functions. Furthermore, the Receiving Technician shall be committed to the safety of our team and products, ensuring a safe and productive operation. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years experience in either manufacturing, warehouse, or food production environment
  • Understanding of inventory control, lot tracking, and traceability
  • Experience in food safety or regulated environments (GMP, HACCP preferred)
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain
  • Experience with inbound documentation, COAs, BOLs
  • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies (not just follow instructions)
  • Organized
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and team oriented
  • Positive attitude
  • Physically able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Prolonged periods standing and walking

Responsibilities

  • Receive all incoming raw material trucks.
  • Document and following through on findings and escalate any non-conformances.
  • Complete required documentation for all incoming raw material trucks.
  • Complete daily/weekly/monthly sanitation tasks for the raw material receiving areas.
  • Physical inventory cycle counts of raw materials
  • Availability to work some weekends as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned by manager.
