About The Position
The Receiving Technician will test and execute 55-gallon drum movements within Clean Harbors’ industrial warehouse facility in El Dorado, Arkansas. The role is suited to a safety-minded, reliable hard worker with some chemistry experience or higher education. The position pays $28.90 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Advanced education, knowledge, and/or experience with chemicals.
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications.
- Demonstrated strong commitment to health and safety.
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse or related experience.
- Forklift experience.
Responsibilities
- Follow all health and safety policies and procedures, maintaining safety as the top priority.
- Use a forklift to offload and reload drums and transport containers through the warehouse as needed.
- Understand and use the Waste Information Network (WIN) system for inventory and the drum storage rack system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow best practices for supply management in areas of responsibility.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
