Coordinate work assignments and facilitate safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and training accomplishment of assigned team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year experience Data Stream, NCMS, BBS3.
• Some knowledge of Excel and Word
• Crane Certified

Responsibilities

• Direct employees and materials
• Think critically, Problem Solve issues on the line, Escalate the issue as needed
• Train on safety, company policy, scheduling, OT, Std work and NCMS
• Train on communication, MDI Board, LGS and leadership skills
• Inventory management, delegation, and planning
• Provide tactful communication to peers and leader
• Accuracy, self-starter, and organized
