About The Position

The primary responsibility of the Receiving Tagger is labeling and scanning the merchandise on the loading dock. Other responsibilities include: Inspecting the product for damages or potential packaging issues. Labeling the cross dock pieces for the stockers. Check the accuracy of the labels verses the product to ensure the inventory is correct. All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a Warehouse atmosphere
• Must be able to work flexible hours as determined by the needs of the department, which includes availability for weekends
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
• General understanding of warehouse/distribution center operations.
• Ability to quickly recognize patterns and trends.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.
