Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
Comfortable reading and working with SOPs, manifests, and bills of lading
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain attention to detail
Ability to train on 1st and 2nd shifts
Must be able to work on-site and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift

Nice To Haves

Previous industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or operations experience highly preferred
Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Supervise daily receiving operations, including inventory, sampling, labeling, and drum movement
Lead and support shift personnel while maintaining productivity and safety standards
Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures
Conduct daily inspections to support compliance with operational and regulatory requirements
Coordinate the proper transfer, storage, and processing of materials throughout the facility
Monitor equipment condition and ensure maintenance or repairs are completed as needed
Other duties as assigned
