USESI is seeking a motivated and experienced Receiving Supervisor to join our team at our Cranbury, NJ location.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in receiving, warehouse, or distribution operations required
Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be active throughout the shift

Nice To Haves

associate’s degree preferred
Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise daily receiving operations to ensure accurate and timely processing of inbound shipments
Oversee unloading, checking, and system receipt of incoming materials
Verify product quantities and inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies
Ensure all received goods are properly labeled, stored, and entered into inventory systems
Lead, train, and develop receiving team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals
Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and transportation teams to resolve discrepancies
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards
Monitor workflow and staffing to meet operational demands
