Ensures returned equipment is received, tracked, disinfected and routed in a timely and accurate manner. This role involves receiving and prioritizing returned product repair units, separating and sorting them by unit type, verifying and recording unit information in the computer database, and routing equipment to the appropriate station. The specialist will also correspond with the Customer Business Services group to resolve discrepancies on incoming Service Repair Orders (SRO’s), and be responsible for the timely processing of returned accessories/products through the reclamation work cell. Additionally, the role includes logging in all Reward Program returns and forwarding the data to the Finance group on a monthly basis, scrapping obsolete and/or damaged equipment and generating reports for management, and disinfecting returned units through the UV chamber. Maintaining a neat, clean, and well-organized receiving area is also a key responsibility, along with performing other duties as required.
