About The Position

The Receiving Operator is a member of Land O’Lakes, Inc.’s manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to inputs and help create final products. The role involves learning how raw materials are used to produce finished products for customers, including operating machinery and equipment and packaging the final product. The position is part of the Purina Animal Nutrition business, which serves producers and animal owners throughout the United States with nutritional products and practices.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
At least 1 year of work experience in any industry.
Basic computer and math skills.
Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve, and troubleshoot.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, and a consistently respectful approach.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of manufacturing work experience.
Machine operation and/or forklift experience.
