Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Leadership experience 1 year minimum
Strong data entry and systems proficiency with a focus on accuracy

Nice To Haves

Previous supervisory experience preferred
Working knowledge of DOT regulations preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise and support clerks on shift, delegating daily work and monitoring performance
Review and enter manifest data, ensuring accuracy of DOT descriptions and RCRA waste codes
Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations to resolve discrepancies and maintain workflow
Generate waste labels, barcode bulk loads, and prepare rejection manifests as needed
Maintain organized shipment documentation and upload manifests to the EPA E-Manifest system
Sign manifest paperwork to facilitate truck releases and distribute required copies
Monitor office supply inventory and support continuous process improvements
