This position is responsible for aiding the Supervisor in all aspects of the tasks to be performed. This position will ensure that HACCP standards are maintained and strictly enforced; ensure that all documentation is gathered and checked and that all safety aspects are adhered to while work is being performed. This position will also assist production supervisors in inventory management and reporting discrepancies found within the facility’s raw material to the receiving supervisor. This position requires to operate a forklift onto short weight conveyor system and document onto short weight paperwork and will be required to promptly return accurate short weight back to the receiving department. When the receiving supervisor is absent this position will ensure that orders are entered into the computer properly and that the BOL’s are turned in at the end of their shift. All team members will be HACCP trained and be able to ship incoming raw materials when the rest of the team is not on shift. This position is responsible for maintaining a sanitary work area, and will perform housekeeping duties as necessary, including shoveling raw chicken, cleaning packaged materials, and cleaning floor and cooler. Other duties as assignment by management.
