The Receiving Lift Driver is responsible for putting away and replenishing inbound pallets of product in the appropriate storage rack locations. This position utilizes the Raymond stand-up reach truck. The receiver lift operator will work in and out of a cold environment and safely operate the stand-up reach truck.

Requirements

Previous experience operating a stand-up reach truck.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Diligent and punctual.
Must be able to work in cold and wet environments.
Flexibility regarding work hours and overtime.
Must complete tasks in a timely manner.
Able to squat, bend, stoop, push, kneel, and reach.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and use the hands to handle objects, tools, or controls.
May need to lift, push and move products weighing an average of 55-75 pounds and as much as 100 lbs.
Successful performance requires vision abilities that include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
The noise level ranges from quiet to loud.
Exposure to extreme temperature changes, moisture, noise, odors, and moving equipment.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a warehouse lift driver preferred.
Previous experience using an RF scanner gun preferred.
Familiarity with warehouse receiving procedures is preferred.
Bilingual in English & Spanish, a plus.

Responsibilities

Put away and/or replenish inbound shipments in designated rack areas.
Adheres to all company safety rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures at all times.
Ensures the integrity of the product for put away making sure no product is damaged.
Follow all work and food safety policies and procedures.
Operate the RF scanner gun while putting away and replenishing pallets.
Notify the QC manager of any quality or quantity issues related to shipments.
Able to squat, bend, stoop, push, pull, kneel, and reach.
Required to work in a food handling environment with varying climates, including dry, humid, cold, and hot.
Ability to operate the stand-up reach truck.
Ability to meet/exceed productivity standards.
Perform any additional tasks as directed by management personnel.
