About The Position

As a Receiving Lead, you will be responsible for organizing and managing inventory, supporting daily store operations, and delivering exceptional guest service. This role involves receiving, transferring, packing, stocking, and ticketing merchandise to maintain an orderly and efficient stockroom. You will also assist the store management team with day-to-day operations and ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and organized to provide guests with a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Requirements

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, early evenings, and holidays.
• Comfortable with basic computer operations for inventory management.
• Previous experience in a stockroom or inventory role is required.
• Must be friendly, engaging, and approachable toward guests, team members, and venue staff.
