This is a full time, 40 hours per week position, reporting to the Production Supervisor. Mon-Fri, typically 5a-130p. Duties include, but not limited to; receiving of orders from the loading dock, store and rotating of food per the latest FDA Food Code and Elliot Policies, maintain cleaning standards of food storage locations (walk-in coolers/stock room/freezer), and any other food service tasks assigned. The Receiving & Inventory Tech Performs a variety of duties related to the receiving, storage, and distribution of food stuff and non-food items. Performs a variety of duties related to data input for purchase orders and supplies.
