Performs a variety of duties dealing primarily with receipt, storage, inventory, issuance and delivery of materials from the general supply room. Requirements

High school graduate or GED equivalent.
Aptitude with numbers important.
Visual, auditory, and speech acuity requisite to verbal and written communication with hospital staff and vendors and manufacturers' representatives.
Computer experience preferred and ability to accurately type at least 35 words per minute is required.
Work requires light (exerting/lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally, up to 10 pounds frequently, or a negligible amount constantly) to heavy (exerting/lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently and 20 pounds constantly) lifting in moving and storing supplies.
Work involves sitting, standing, bending, stooping, reaching and some walking throughout the facility.
Be able to operate a forklift/bobcat for the purpose of unloading freight.
