About The Position

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Receiving Coordinator - 1st shift. The hourly rate for this position is $22 per hour. The shift hours are 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. The Receiving Coordinator is responsible for unloading inbound material, verifying packing slips in AS400, placing parts in the correct containers, and delivering them to their designated locations. The role ensures accurate receiving, smooth material flow, and safe operation of equipment while supporting production and resolving discrepancies as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • Forklift certified or able to obtain certification

  • Understanding of Bills of Material
  • Two years of direct manufacturing experience or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Unload inbound material and ensure safe handling.
  • Process packing slips by matching them accurately to box labels.
  • Research unknown material for PO accuracy and deliver to correct locations.
  • Use AS400, VISTA, and Windows programs effectively.
  • Match AODs/travelers to the correct box and job.
  • Manage the receiving dock to maintain smooth material flow.
  • Operate PIV equipment safely and follow all safety procedures.
  • Complete daily PIV inspections and report issues immediately.
  • Communicate with suppliers and carriers when needed.
  • Work with planners and buyers to resolve discrepancies.
  • Use shipment tracking systems such as LTL, parcel, and Transplace.
  • Place material correctly for POU and support production material flow.
