About The Position
Clevelander South Beach is Ocean Drive's ultimate hospitality, sports, and entertainment destination. Behind every perfectly stocked bar and flawless bottle service moment is a team keeping things running like clockwork. We're looking for a detail-obsessed Receiving Clerk to help keep our storerooms, coolers, and beverage program stocked, organized, and ready to go, day and night.
Requirements
- 21+
- Comfortable with physical work — lifting, standing, and moving inventory in a fast-paced environment.
- Available for early mornings, overnights, and weekends.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
Nice To Haves
- high school diploma preferred.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect deliveries, making sure every order is accurate, fresh, and up to our standards.
- Keep our storerooms, coolers, and basement areas organized, clean, and running smoothly.
- Issue beverage products to our Food & Beverage Team, keeping the party stocked.
- Run weekly inventory counts and help maintain accurate par levels.
- Issue and keep track of team member uniforms.
- Fill beverage requisitions for our bars and bottle service program, keeping barbacks stocked and bottle service moving.
- Team up with our Bar Manager on bar audits and inventory control.
