To receive and unload new products from manufacturers and returned or reclassified products from customers. This role involves daily navigation on the computer, printing receiving reports, operating an RF scanner, and applying case ID labels. The clerk will also be responsible for separating product by zone, distributing it to the proper zone, and tracking the stocking process via PkMS inquiry screens. Maintaining a clean and organized receiving department is also a key responsibility. The position requires the ability to operate a forklift (certification required) and adherence to all safety rules, including the handling of hazardous materials. Understanding manufacturer packaging, units of measure, product location, and unloading product from trucks are daily tasks.
