About The Position

This role is for a Receiving/Scale Clerk in the Organics Recycling & Logistics industry, located in Ontario, CA. The pay rate is $19.00 per hour. The position involves accurately weighing materials and commercial trucks, logging transactions, directing drivers, and resolving documentation issues. It also requires partnering with various teams to troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure timely shipments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Scale Clerk, Receiving/Shipping Clerk or similar logistics role
• Fluency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and WMS/ERP
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, and clear communication skills
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced yard or industrial logistics setting
• Ability to work in smelly environment

Nice To Haves

• Sit-down forklift experience a plus
