About The Position

The Receiving Associate assists with warehouse operations at the retail store, including unloading, auditing, and staging products to recover store inventory. The role helps ensure products are ready for counting and inspection, paperwork is complete, and inventory is stored and rotated appropriately. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines.
• Availability to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.
• Ability to exert 30–60 pounds of force occasionally, 20–30 pounds frequently, and up to 20 pounds constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, reach, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; frequent use of hands and fingers to handle or feel objects.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of previous warehouse experience.
• Experience driving a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Store products properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
• Demonstrate understanding of and compliance with safe lifting practices and standard operating procedures.
• Complete required department and equipment training; forklift certification is required.
