Role Overview We're seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Receiving Associate to join our team in Plano, Texas. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our receiving operations, managing incoming shipments, verifying inventory accuracy, and maintaining organized records in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs regularly)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and dependable work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and invoices
• Unload trucks and move merchandise using pallet jacks and forklifts
• Label, organize, and store inventory in designated locations
• Enter shipment and inventory data into warehouse management systems
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies
