About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented, computer-savvy Receiving Associate to support our Thermal Spray Department in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring materials are accurately received, tracked, and organized while meeting strict quality and safety standards. In this role, you will handle incoming materials, manage inventory data, and support production by ensuring all parts are properly received and accounted for.
Requirements
- Previous receiving or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong computer skills required
- Forklift experience required
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Must pass a background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Quantum ERP, SAP, or similar systems
- Aerospace or manufacturing environment experience
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and quality
- Enter, track, and manage inventory using ERP systems
- Operate a forklift to move and stage materials
- Maintain accurate records and proper material storage
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
