About The Position

Imperial Dade is seeking a Warehouse Lead Receiver for their Savannah, GA location. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and efficient receipt of incoming products. The Lead Receiver will inspect shipments for damage, verify counts, and manage all associated paperwork. This position offers an opportunity to join a growing team within a leading distributor of foodservice packaging and janitorial supplies.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 2 years of warehouse experience
• 1 year of receiving experience
• Great communication skills
• Great multi-tasking skills
• Ability to move/lift up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Cherry Picker experience preferred
• Stand-Up/Sit-Down Forklift experience preferred
• Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments, unload trucks, and scan products into the system.
• Handle all necessary paperwork upon shipment receipt.
• Inspect all contents for damage and volume.
• Put away the product.
• Assist with pulling orders.
• Help with inventory.
• Work with the receiving team and collaborate, and communicate with related departments.
