About The Position

We're looking for a full-time Receiving Associate / Driver to support the accuracy, organization, and movement of inventory from our New Berlin, Wisconsin location. This role plays a key part in ensuring shipments are received, processed, and delivered correctly-keeping our warehouse and store operations running smoothly. From inspecting incoming merchandise to preparing outgoing shipments and completing deliveries, your work directly impacts the flow of our business.

Requirements

  • Experience in warehouse, receiving, stockroom, or similar environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks
  • Comfortable using inventory systems and basic computer applications
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to safely operate company vehicles, including occasional larger trucks
  • Ability to pass a background and motor vehicle check

  • Experience with shipping/receiving processes and documentation
  • Experience with inventory systems or handheld scanners
  • Previous delivery or driving experience
  • Experience assisting with inventory counts or audits

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and inspecting shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
  • Unloading, sorting, labeling, and storing merchandise in designated areas
  • Tracking and updating inventory movements in systems
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory counts and adjustments
  • Identifying and reporting damaged or incorrect shipments
  • Picking, packing, and labeling outgoing shipments
  • Preparing packing slips and shipment documentation
  • Staging outgoing transfers for delivery or pickup
  • Assisting with tracking shipments and resolving basic discrepancies
  • Operating company vehicles (~3 days per week) to deliver merchandise to stores and partners
  • Loading, securing, transporting, and unloading product with care
  • Communicating with store teams to confirm delivery accuracy and instructions
  • Occasionally assisting with larger rental trucks (~26') a few times per year
  • Keeping receiving and warehouse areas organized and safe
  • Supporting inventory organization for efficient storage and retrieval
  • Assisting with inventory counts and audits
  • Helping with general warehouse tasks and projects as needed
  • Follow daily priorities set by leadership
  • Support merchandising and marketing teams with operational tasks
  • Communicate shipment issues, discrepancies, or delays clearly
  • Participate in team meetings and adapt to workflow updates
