About The Position

The Dry Receiving – Off Loader is responsible for safely and efficiently unloading incoming products and materials from trucks and trailers. This position ensures products are handled carefully, organized properly, and moved to the correct receiving or storage areas while following company safety and food safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, receiving, or unloading experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Pallet jack or forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload products, boxes, pallets, and materials from incoming trailers.
• Safely move products to designated receiving and staging areas.
• Inspect products for visible damage and report issues to a supervisor.
• Assist with verifying incoming shipments and quantities.
• Properly stack and organize products to prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving area.
• Follow all company safety, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
• Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as authorized.
• Assist with product counts and inventory activities as needed.
• Communicate shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
