About The Position

This position is responsible for all functions related to the handling of new inventory receipts by receiving, transferring, packing, stocking, and ticketing merchandise, and may drive deliveries from our warehouse to stores. The Receiver complies with all e|n procedures related to data integrity and inventory control. The Receiver will assist the Store Director in training all team members in inventory care. A Receiver will also complete additional tasks as assigned by the Store Director.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid Driver’s License, a clean driving record, and the ability to drive a delivery truck.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that the correct quantity of items is received and is scanned accurately. Follows up to make sure the correct data is credited to the store.
  • Consistently looks for methods to maximize store sales and store efficiency.
  • Works assigned schedule.
  • Along with the Store Director, Assistant Store Director and Sales Leads ensures all inventory and data integrity procedures are followed.
  • Ensures all items are ticketed properly with appropriate sku tickets.
  • Follows and enforces company receiving procedures.
  • Conducts cycle counts, transfers and price changes.
  • Maintains stockroom or warehouse to e|n standards of organization and housekeeping.
  • Responsible for insuring all skus are represented on the sales floor.
  • Accountable for completing product, operations, and merchandise knowledge training.
  • Responsible for executing and maintaining all visual presentation directives as communicated by Store Director and SSC initiatives.
  • Participates in all e|n initiatives and ensures sustainability.
  • Responds and reacts to all communication in a timely manner.
  • Performs daily tasks such as cleaning, store recovery, and merchandise placement.
  • When driving a delivery truck, ensures timely transportation of products from the Warehouse to the Store, loads and unloads product on delivery trucks, and maintains, handles, and moves physical inventory within Warehouse.
  • Follows all safety guidelines.
  • Accountable for all Loss Prevention procedures and requirements.
  • Accountable to consistently demonstrate e|n Cares when assigned to the sales floor.
  • Resolves guest service issues in partnership with Store Director.
  • Required to maintain full knowledge of the venue’s building and its programs.
  • Ensures a clean, organized and safe environment for guests.
  • Follows e|n and Partner dress code guidelines.
  • Participates in regional philanthropic activities.
  • Holds self-accountable to all e|n standards of performance and behavior.
  • Builds strong relationships with team members to align and support execution of business results.
