Miner's Ace Hardware is a Family-Owned Business operating 10 retail hardware stores on California's beautiful Central Coast. Requirements

• Ability to report to all scheduled shifts on time and ready to work.
• Willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with the team.
• Basic math skills for operating a register.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, or product code.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with stocktaking.
• Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for customer traffic.
• Identify and report damaged, defective or missing inventory.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in the creation of inventory reports.
