3rd Shift Receiver
About The Position
As the 3rd Shift Receiver, you will help keep our operation running smoothly with some of the most unique and exciting specialty produce in the region. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for receiving deliveries, inspecting products for quality and accuracy, organize inventory, and ensure items are stored and prepared properly for outbound orders. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining the high standards our company and customers rely on. If you’re dependable, team-oriented, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, this could be your next great opportunity! This position requires on-site work at our warehouse facility.
Requirements
- Authorized to Work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills along with basic math skills
- Proficiency with using computers (Windows, Excel, Word)

Responsibilities
- Unloading trucks or supervising the unloading process
- Verifying product quantities against bills of lading and invoices
- Inspecting each lot of fresh fruits and vegetables for quality, condition, and freshness
- Documenting quality concerns, condition issues, and quantity discrepancies on bills of lading and invoices
- Following company receiving, quality-control, and safety procedures
- Preparing outbound customer orders, loading trucks accurately, and completing the required paperwork
- Assign and direct other selectors or staff members to assist in unloading, product put away or lot rotation, also assisting with customer order selection or picking as needed.
