About The Position

As a part-time Receiver/Stocker at Lowe’s, you help keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers by receiving freight, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise and top stock. You unload deliveries, move products to the sales floor, verify deliveries, prepare the dock, and use equipment safely, including when handling hazardous materials. The work is physical and fast-paced, involves spending most of the shift on your feet, and requires safe lifting practices and attention to detail. You may also help customers and teammates with a friendly, professional attitude. Depending on store needs, schedules may include morning, evening, or overnight hours. In addition to general store responsibilities, associates in Pro Fulfillment Stores use the Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders, load orders safely and accurately, rotate them by delivery date, address order issues, communicate with customers about delivery satisfaction, and follow Delivery Readiness practices. The role does not require regular travel, though occasional travel may be needed for meetings, training, or support at nearby stores. The work environment may include indoor and outdoor conditions and exposure to extreme heat or cold, wet or humid weather, wind or drafts, noise, and moving or shaking objects and equipment. Lifting guidelines limit single lifts to 75 pounds; team lifts are used minimally beginning at 75 pounds or when needed. Powered equipment should be used as required, with proper training or help from a trained coworker. Lowe’s offers eligible associates competitive pay and benefits, which may include health, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability insurance; paid time off; flexible spending and health savings accounts; a 401(k) with company match; education and trade-skills support; and associate discounts. Some benefits depend on eligibility. The stated pay range is $16.00–$17.95 per hour, with starting pay varying based on factors such as position, location, education, training, and experience.
