About The Position

Our client is seeking dependable individuals to work as Warehouse Receivers/Scanners/Unloaders at their warehouse on the Southside of Jacksonville. This role involves unloading freight from trailers, scanning products, and palletizing boxes for storage and distribution. Candidates will be trained on the use of RF wrist scanners, so prior scanner experience is helpful but not required. The role is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for reliable, high-performing employees.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 40 lbs repeatedly over the course of an 8-hour shift.
• Must have reliable transportation (facility is not accessible by bus routes).
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for the full shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior scanner experience is helpful but not required.
• 2 years of warehouse experience (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Unload freight from incoming trailers.
• Scan products using RF wrist scanners (training provided).
• Palletize and organize boxes accurately and efficiently.
• Move freight throughout the warehouse as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety and operational procedures.
