About The Position

This role involves performing advanced Receiver II duties, operating multiple types of powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently. Key responsibilities include executing window picking and advanced material picking processes, performing dry van, soft-side, and flatbed load securement, and utilizing various picking methods like R-Buck, L-Buck, and Ped Picking. The position also supports RFID processes and inventory accuracy initiatives, navigates advanced AS400 transactions, and is expected to meet or exceed productivity standards (Average UPMH ≥ 20). The Receiver II will serve as a resource to less experienced team members and support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Advanced warehouse and receiving experience required
• Strong understanding of load securement and material flow
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated safety leadership and reliability
• Tugger (PIV) Certification
• Combi Certification
• Stand‑Up Forklift Certification
• Sit‑Down Counterbalance Forklift Certification
• RFID Certification
